We work with individuals or organisations who are trying to make real progress on complex challenges. Our approach is participatory, creative, systemic, and action-oriented. It is always practical, professional, and tailored to the specific needs of the situation.
What We do
We work for social innovation and renewal. We specialise in helping diverse stakeholders work together to effect systemic change. We pay attention to both the whole system and to the individual dimensions of social innovation; we work to unlock the creative potential within all persons, teams, and organisations involved.
Our Change Labs have addressed issues such as climate change, HIV/AIDS, child well-being, agriculture and nutrition, finance, and education. We have led national scenario projects on every continent. We have capacity-building courses on systems and scenario thinking, creativity and complexity, and social innovation. We work at multiple levels—individual, team, community, nation, globe—across multiple sectors, and in multiple cultures.
